Promote freedom for animal owners to access non-veterinary services without the threat of legal recrimination to the practitioner.

Promote the freedom of CVBC registered veterinarians to collaborate with non-veterinary service providers without the threat of legal recrimination.
CERTIFY
Encourage the recognition of accredited education and certification programs for non-veterinary modalities, and the development of standard scope(s) of practice and ethics.
